Who and where are the currency prices fixed?
Are these prices somehow mutually agreed between the respective central banks? for instance, the Euro/dollar price between the ECB and the Federal Reserve?, if so, how does it work? do they exchange information about the demand and supply and based on that they simply set a price? thanks

The market will set the price. ECB will set the policy rate.
